Work in the areas of consultation, prevention, administration, and litigation for issues of individual and collective rights. In the Labor Law area, the main concern is to advise companies preventatively, in order to avoid the filing of future labor claims. The work encompasses guidance from hiring to dismissal, with the review of good practices with regard to work hours, overtime, hour-bank agreement, night-time work, paid weekly rest, compensations, reductions of work hours, etc.

Nonetheless, we also work in administrative or judicial labor litigations at all levels before the Labor Benches throughout the state of São Paulo, as well as in other States, Regional Labor Courts, particularly at the 2nd and 15th Regions and the Superior Labor Court, representing the claimants and/or the defendants.
